What should I wear to class?
For women, comfortable form fitting clothing that moves. For men, a tee shirt and long workout pants or biker shorts under their regular workout shorts.
Grip socks and weight lifting gloves are recommended.
Will HSM | Core Help Me Improve My Golf Game? My Running? My Yoga Practice?
Yes, yes and yes! The exercises performed on the Megaformer M3S help build functional strength that will noticeably improve your athletic performance across
the board. Deep core muscles are targeted for improved posture and healthy back, oblique work tightens the waist and improves torso rotation while
arm and leg work create an overall balanced body with lean muscle mass for a stronger, more powerful you. We'd say that's not just good news for your

What is the difference between HSM | Core and Hilliard Studio Method?
Both Hilliard Studio Method and HSM | Core provide core-centric, transformative, total body workouts using resistance. HSM | Core is a 40-minute workout
on a Megformer with no more than ten clients in class at a time allowing for a more individualized experience. Hilliard Studio Method is a fast-paced 60-minute workout based on the proprietary method developed by Liz and Clary Hilliard.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Signing up ahead of time is required to reserve your spot. Reservations may be cancelled online or using our app. You can also email email@example.com.
Reservations must be cancelled 12 hours prior to class start time. Cancellations made within the 12 hour window will result in the loss of the class from the package. There are no exceptions to this policy.
What is your Waitlist Policy?
You are responsible for being aware of which waitlists you are on. You can get into the class up to 12 hours prior to class start time. You may receive
an email and/or text message if you have opted-in for those notifications. Otherwise, you can check the classes you are booked for on the app or
online to see if you are in. If you know you will not be able to attend the class if you make it in, it is best practice to remove yourself from
the waitlist prior to the 12 hours before the class, just like you would cancel a class.
