What is the difference between HSM | Core and Hilliard Studio Method?

Both Hilliard Studio Method and HSM | Core provide core-centric, transformative, total body workouts using resistance. HSM | Core is a 40-minute workout on a Megformer with no more than ten clients in class at a time allowing for a more individualized experience. Hilliard Studio Method is a fast-paced 60-minute workout based on the proprietary method developed by Liz and Clary Hilliard.
